I loss the original Tenant Directory, i am default to another tenant, i cannot switch back, i cannot found original directory

Hello Microsoft Support,

I am currently experiencing a critical issue with Azure tenant access.

My original/default Azure directory is:

• Tenant Name: SPEEDX DEVELOPMENT CORP

At some point, I created or joined another tenant:

• Tenant Name: ICYPOINT COLD STORAGE AND PROCESSING INC

After this, my login behavior changed and I am now being redirected to the wrong tenant, specifically:

• "Microsoft Services"

When I attempt to access Azure, I receive the following error:

"Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'aba285d5-d9f3-427b-a994-e9deb4567639' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account."

Current problems:

1. I can no longer see or switch back to my original tenant (SPEEDX DEVELOPMENT CORP)
2. The "Switch directory" option does not show the original tenant
3. I may have been converted to a Guest user in another tenant
4. I am unable to access my Azure subscriptions and resources under the original tenant

Impact:

• I have lost administrative access to my company Azure environment
• I cannot manage storage accounts, users, or resources
• This is affecting business operations

Actions already attempted:

• Signed out of all Microsoft accounts
• Used Incognito/InPrivate browser
• Logged in using the original account
• Attempted "Switch directory" (tenant not listed)

Request:

1. Restore my access to the original tenant: SPEEDX DEVELOPMENT CORP
2. Verify my role and ensure I am set as a Member/Owner (not Guest)
3. Remove or fix incorrect tenant association if necessary
4. Assist in safely removing the unwanted tenant (ICYPOINT COLD STORAGE AND PROCESSING INC) if it is causing the issue
