DP-900 exam results and certificates are managed through the Microsoft Certification / Credentials systems, not through Microsoft Partner Center.
Since the certificate is not visible after passing the exam and no email has been received, the issue must be handled by the official certification support team. Community forums and Partner Center support cannot fix account-specific certification record problems.
Take these steps:
- Check the Certification Dashboard / Learn profile
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn and open the Certification Dashboard as described in Access your certificates, badges, and transcript.
- From the dashboard, use View Certificates and View Transcript to see whether DP-900 appears and whether a certificate is available.
- If the certification requires only one exam (DP-900 does), the certificate should appear once the exam is fully processed. If it does not appear, proceed to support.
- If the certificate is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials / Certification Support
- Use the dedicated certification support channel to investigate missing certificates or achievements. This is the same guidance given for similar cases where exams (MS-900, AZ-900, AZ-104, DP-700) were passed but certificates did not show up.
- Go to Certification support / Microsoft Credentials Support using the links provided in the context (for example,
https://aka.ms/CertificationSupportorhttps://aka.ms/credentialssupport) and submit a support request under the Learning / Microsoft Credentials product family. - Provide your exam details (exam code DP-900, date taken, testing provider confirmation) so support can align your exam record with your Learn / Certification profile and enable the certificate.
- If the exam was taken via Pearson VUE or Certiport
- Ensure the same email address is used for the exam provider account and the Microsoft Learn / Certification Dashboard account so records can sync correctly.
- If the provider confirms delivery is successful but the certificate is still missing, Microsoft Credentials Support must correct the Microsoft-side record, as shown in the similar MS-900 and DP-700 cases in the context.
Until Microsoft Credentials Support updates the record, the DP-900 certificate will not appear in your dashboard or transcript and no certificate email will be sent.
