Minecraft account linked to closed Outlook

If the Outlook/Microsoft account that owns the Minecraft license has been closed and is now beyond the reopen window, access to that Microsoft account and its attached purchases (including Minecraft and Marketplace content) cannot be restored.

In this scenario:
