I’m being charged for an Azure service, but I can’t access the account associated with it and the support portal requires me to sign in. How can I stop the charges?
I’ve identified the account tied to the charges, but I’m locked out (unable to sign in or recover access). What is the correct escalation path to stop billing for the service?
