I can't log into the azure portal!

I can't log into azure portal, It give me two options.... enter the number from the app or receive a notification.
The Notification never comes, the code in the app is 8 didgets not 6 so fails. I've tried all the authentication and account management stuff Added and removing the app. The incogneto trick! but nothing is happening.
Frustratingly, I can't even raise a ticket because I can't log in :-(
