Hi,

I am writing because I am unable to access the Azure Portal after signing up for a new 30-day Free Trial.

Background: I previously had a trial account in 2025 which expired and was eventually removed/disabled due to inactivity. Recently, I decided to try Azure again and signed up for a new Free Trial. The sign-up process seemed successful, and my credit card was validated (with a €1 temporary charge).

The Issue: Whenever I attempt to sign in to the Azure Portal, I receive the following error:

Error Code: interaction_required

Message: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.

It appears my account is still trying to authenticate against the old, blocked tenant instead of a new one, or the existing tenant associated with my identity is locked. Since I cannot log in, I cannot perform any self-diagnostics or manage the subscription.

Debug Information:

Trace ID: f42295fc-6d00-451b-94e7-28c544e30900

Correlation ID: 019d0ad9-68c3-789d-a740-2228260dbcab

Timestamp: 2026-03-20 10:45:14Z

Could you please assist in unblocking this tenant or guiding me on how to associate my new trial with an active directory?

Thank you for your help.
