Other features or issues related to Microsoft Partner Center
Reprovisioning or reactivating a deactivated Partner Center account and restoring its workspaces can only be done by Microsoft support or the account’s Microsoft contact; it can’t be fixed from the portal when the workspace list is empty.
For account access problems in Partner Center, the documented path is:
- Identify the partner type (Direct bill, Indirect provider, or Indirect reseller) for the organization.
- Use the appropriate support channel for that partner type to get help with account access problems. For CSP partners, all roles can use the support options described in the Partner Center documentation under “Get help with account access problems”.
- If the issue is related to support contracts (for example, ASfP/PSfP) or Services Hub workspaces, contact the Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) or Account Coordinator (AC). They can:
- Verify the current status of the support agreement.
- Configure or correct Services Hub workspaces so they appear in the workspace selector.
- If the organization uses Services Hub / Microsoft Engage Center workspaces, only the CSAM/AC can create or adjust workspaces and ensure that the correct users are added so that the workspace dropdown is populated.
Because the Partner Center account is showing as deactivated and no workspaces are available, the next step is to contact Microsoft via the Partner Center support route that matches the partner type, or contact the CSAM/AC if there is an associated support agreement, and request:
- Re-activation of the Partner Center account.
- Verification and restoration (or recreation) of the associated Services Hub/Engage Center workspace(s) so that the workspace dropdown is no longer empty.
Once Microsoft support or the CSAM/AC has reactivated the account and confirmed the workspace configuration, the Hardware Dashboard and related EV Code Signing workflows can be accessed again under the appropriate workspace.
