Azure account locked.

When I try to login to Azure I get "Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again." This is a personal account so I do not have a support person to contact and this account should not be tied to any company. I am trying to sign up for the Microsoft startup program for my business but cannot get into the Azure page. Can you please point me in the right direction of how to get my personal account unlocked in Azure?

The AI agent said to go into my main Microsoft account and it will prompt me on how to unlock it. My main account is fine, I can access it without any issues. The only account that I cannot access at the moment is specifically Azure. Everything else seems to be working.

The error message indicates that your account has been locked in Azure, which is why you're unable to log in to the Azure Portal using your account.

To resolve this issue, please contact the global administrator in your tenant and ask them to follow these steps to unblock your account:

Sign in to the Microsoft 365 portal as an global admin.

Under Users, Select Active Users.

Locate the user, and then click the users Display name to open the settings pane.

At the top of the pane, select Unblock sign-in.

In the Unblock sign-in screen, de-select Block this user from signing in and click Save changes.

This is an issue with a personal account, not a business account. When I try to login to the link you sent with the account with the issue, I see the following: "You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead."

My issue is that my personal account is locked out of Azure and there is not IT or global admin that I know about attached to my personal account.
