I would like to remove CoPilot Pen Icon from MS Word

Hi,

This CoPilot Pen icon keeps popping up while opening any Word file, and it is annoying. I prefer to have a clean workspace. I have the Copilot service turned off, and yet the icon persists.

I don't want to see it.

Can someone help me to resolve this issue?

I have a private office license.
