Microsoft AI - Not so smart as it cannot stop spam

All of this wonderful AI Microsoft talks about, and they cannot even solve spam messages in their on email system; MSN in this case.

When I receive garbage like "Azure: Activated Severity: 3 BillingAlert-1847146-A18", it does not take much of a brain to determine that it is spam. And, messages with no sender or recipient address, amongst a slew of other obvious issues. Flagging it as spam by your system is not enough!

So, why do you not use your wonderful AI to solve this issue and protect your users? Answer is because you cannot and your AI is incapable of doing such a simple task.

Shameful, Microsoft, very shameful.

Now, do not provide me with any instructions on how to deal with spam. I posted this to let you know that you have a very long way to go before you and your AI can do anything really useful in the real world.
