NOT GET TROPHY LEARNING PATH EXPLORER GENERAL AFTER COMPLETED ALL MODULES

The Explorer General trophy is awarded only when Microsoft Learn has a record that every required module in that learning path is completed on the Microsoft Learn side. Sometimes progress done through an external site or an integration does not fully sync, so one or more modules may appear incomplete in the Microsoft Learn profile even though they were finished elsewhere.

To resolve this:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used for the learning path.
2. Open the learning path for the Explorer General trophy and check each module’s status.
3. For any module that is not marked as completed on Microsoft Learn, open it and complete the required units/knowledge checks directly on Microsoft Learn until it shows as finished.
4. After all modules show as completed in the Microsoft Learn account, the trophy should be awarded automatically.

If all modules show as completed in Microsoft Learn and the trophy still does not appear, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review the account and fix the achievement status.
