For Microsoft services, app transfer depends on the type of phone and apps.

On iPhone used for work with Microsoft apps (Intune-managed):

On the old iPhone
- Open Microsoft Authenticator.
- Go to Settings and turn on iCloud backup so work account credentials are backed up.
- Optionally, under Autofill, turn on Sync account to sync passwords.
- Go to Settings > App Store > Automatic Downloads and turn on Apps so apps will auto-install on the new iPhone.
- Go to Settings > [Apple ID] > iCloud > iCloud Backup and turn on iCloud Backup, then tap Back Up Now.
- Confirm in iCloud settings that the apps to restore are included in the backup.
On the new iPhone
- Power on and, during setup, choose to restore from the iCloud backup created on the old iPhone.
- After setup and enrollment for work are complete, sign in to work accounts in Microsoft apps (such as Authenticator, Outlook, Teams) when prompted so they reconfigure for work.

On supported Android phones with Windows PC (for app content/files):

Use the Phone Link app on Windows with a supported Samsung, HONOR, OPPO, ASUS, vivo, or Xiaomi device.
Open Apps in Phone Link and select Open phone screen.
