i am not able to see my certifications

Use these steps to troubleshoot missing Azure AI Associate certification in the Microsoft Learn profile:

1. Confirm the certification is actually earned
   • Check the Azure AI certification details page in the catalog to verify which exam(s) must be passed and that the credential is still active. Use the certification or exam details pages in the browse catalog to confirm the requirements: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/browse/
2. Verify the correct Microsoft Learn account
   • Make sure sign-in is done with the same account that was used when registering for and taking the exam.
   • If there might be multiple accounts (for example, personal Gmail-based Microsoft account and a work/school account), sign out and try each possible login on Microsoft Learn.
   • The congratulations email for the certification is sent to the Contact Email configured in the Learn profile. If the link in that email opens a profile that does not show the certification, it may have been earned under a different profile. Try logging into Learn with any other Microsoft accounts that might have been used.
3. Check for Certiport-delivered exams
   • If the exam was taken through Certiport, those certifications currently do not appear in the Microsoft Learn profile. They must be managed and shared from the Certiport account instead.
4. Consider legacy/aged-out certifications
   • Some older certifications are no longer shown in Learn profiles if they have aged out of the program.
5. Contact Microsoft Credentials Support
   • If the certification still does not appear after checking the above, open a support request with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review the account and exam records and fix missing credentials: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help

For visibility of badges inside Microsoft 365 (if applicable):

• Badges shown on the Microsoft 365 profile card are controlled by the issuing platform (for example, the certification/badge provider). If a badge is missing or incorrect there, update it at the source or contact the tenant administrator.
