Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Support requests with a specific case or request number cannot be accessed or modified here.
To continue getting help on an existing Outlook.com or Outlook-related support case, use one of these options:
- If the issue is with Outlook.com and signing in is possible:
- Open Outlook.com in a supported browser.
- Select Help on the menu bar.
- Enter the problem description and, where possible, include the existing request number in the text so the agent can locate and continue the case.
- If self-help does not resolve the issue, scroll down to Still need help? and select Yes to contact support.
- If signing in to Outlook.com is not possible:
- Use this link for Outlook.com sign-in help: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2194326
- Follow the guidance there to regain access, then return to Outlook.com and use Help as above to reference the existing request number.
- For other Microsoft account, subscription, or product issues related to the same case number:
- Visit Account & Billing Help: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2189071
- Or, to troubleshoot other Microsoft products and services, enter the problem here: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2189072
If community-based assistance is preferred, post details of the unresolved issue (excluding any sensitive data) in the Outlook.com Community: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2189073 and mention that there is an existing support request number so other users or moderators can provide guidance.
