I have completed my azure AZ-104 CERTIFCATION ,but forgot the mail which was registered

Since the email address used for the AZ-104 certification is forgotten, the only supported path is to recover or identify the underlying Microsoft account first. If that account cannot be recovered, access to the associated Learn profile and certification data cannot be restored.

Follow these steps:

1. Try to look up the forgotten Microsoft account username
   • Use the security phone number or alternate email that might have been added as security info on the certification account.
   • Go to the username lookup flow described in Forgotten your Microsoft account username and:
     1. Look up the username using the security contact phone number or email address.
     2. Request a security code to that phone/email.
     3. Enter the code to see a hint of the Microsoft account in the form j*******@outlook.com.
   • If no security info was ever set, follow check your products or services as described in that article to try to find the username.
2. If the username is found but sign-in fails
   • If the username and password have stopped working, follow My username and password have stopped working from the same guidance.
   • If the password is simply forgotten, use the password reset flow in Reset a forgotten Microsoft Account Password (linked from the Learn profile article).
3. If the Microsoft account truly cannot be recovered
   • The Learn profile and its certifications are tied to the Microsoft account used to sign in.
   • As stated in Accessing your Learn profile, if access to the personal Microsoft account used for Microsoft Learn is lost and no alternate work or school account was added, this results in a loss of access to the profile and its data.
   • Microsoft Credentials Support cannot recover or move certifications from a personal Microsoft account that cannot be accessed.
   • In that case, only the self-service Microsoft Account Help and recovery options are available; support cannot bypass account recovery.
4. Use Microsoft Account recovery tools if needed
   • If normal reset options do not work or verification options are not recognized, use the Sign-in Helper tool referenced in the account recovery articles.
   • If still unable to sign in and two-step verification is not blocking access, complete the Microsoft account recovery form from Help with the Microsoft account recovery form, providing as much accurate information as possible and using a device and location previously used with the account.

Once the correct Microsoft account is recovered and sign-in succeeds, the AZ-104 certification should appear automatically under the Credentials/Certifications section of the Microsoft Learn profile associated with that account.
