Microsoft Photos wont install

I am unable to install Microsoft photos, it suddenly stopped working. Now when I download it from Microsoft Store I am getting an error download.

    Hi Arnel,

    Please post the error message or the error code when installing Photos.

    See if you can install the Photos app using the following command from Command Prompt (admin).

    winget install 9NV2L4XVMCXM

    If it reports any errors, post the screenshot.
