I passed 2 Azure certification exams. One shows active (AZ700) but another one (AZ400) doesn't show active and cannot renew. May I know whom I can ask for support?

AZ-700 is showing as an active certification because the required exam is correctly associated with the Learn profile. AZ-400 is only listed under Past exams, which means the system has not associated it with an active certification on that profile.

    For certification‑specific issues like:

    • Passed exam not showing as an active certification
    • Inability to renew a certification that should be renewable

use Microsoft Credentials Support so the certification team can review and fix the profile and credential mapping.

    Steps to get support:

    1. Go to Microsoft Credentials Support: https://aka.ms/credentialssupport
    2. Sign in with the same account used for the AZ-400 exam.
    3. Complete the required profile details and save.
    4. Open the same link again and submit a ticket under Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credential, describing that AZ-400 is passed but no active certification/renew option appears.

If any certifications or exams are missing entirely from the profile, also review the guidance in the “Missing Exams or Certifications” article and confirm the correct account is being used.
