Unable to redeem Xbox rewards

Use the Rewards dashboard and Order history to verify whether the redemption actually completed and to obtain the gift card details.

1. On a browser, go to the Rewards page and sign in with the same Microsoft account used on the Xbox.
2. Select Redeem, then select Order history.
3. Look for the Xbox gift card in the list:
   • If it appears, select Order Details to view the gift card code or link. You can also select Resend to have the confirmation email sent again to the primary email on the account.
   • If it does not appear, the redemption likely did not complete and the points should still be available. Try redeeming again from the web Redeem page instead of the console app.
4. If an order shows as cancelled or you still cannot redeem:
   • Make sure you are redeeming in the same region where the Rewards account was created.
   • Do not use a VPN.
   • Use a mobile or landline number (not VoIP) for SMS verification if prompted.

If the issue persists after checking Order history and retrying from the web, contact Microsoft Rewards Support via the Rewards site so they can review the account and specific order status.
