Hello,

I have performed and passed my exam 3 days ago. Since then I have not received my credential through email, and there it is not reflected in my profile in the section Credential. I performed my exam on PersonVue, and my exam was the PL - 3000 (In case this information may help).

Maybe I am being too impatient, but I have not received any confirmation nor notification since I did the exam.

Thank you very much to who ever may arrive this question.

Regards.

Exam results and certifications can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Certifications tab of the Learn profile for most exams. Since this exam was taken three days ago and nothing appears under Credentials and no email has been received, further checks and support are recommended.

    1. Confirm the correct Learn profile is being used
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and open the profile.
      • Verify that the same Microsoft account used to schedule and take the Pearson VUE exam is being used.
      • If there are multiple accounts (work, school, personal), sign out and try each one to see if the certification appears under Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
    2. Check for missing or legacy certifications
      • Some credentials may not appear if they are legacy or not part of the current program. Review the certification or exam details pages from the certification or exam details pages to confirm the credential and requirements.
    3. Verify that the exam provider and profile linkage are correct
      • Since the exam was taken with Pearson VUE (not Certiport), it should appear in the Learn profile once processed. Exams taken via Certiport do not currently sync to the Learn profile.
    4. Access the Certification Dashboard
      • Go to the Certification Dashboard (see Access your Certification Dashboard) and check:
        • View Certificates to see if the certificate is available.
        • View Transcript to confirm whether the passed exam is listed there.
    5. If the certificate or exam is still missing
      • Use Microsoft Credentials Support so the support team can review the account and exam history:
        • Go to Credentials Support.
        • Ensure Product family: Learning and Product or Service: Microsoft Credentials are selected.
        • Choose the closest category, select Professional No Charge, and submit a support request with:
          • Learn username
          • Exam name/ID (PL-3000)
          • Date of exam
          • Screenshots of the Pearson VUE confirmation/score report and the Learn profile Credentials tab.
      • Support will respond via email and can correct profile linkage or missing credential issues.

If the exam is confirmed as passed and correctly associated with the Learn profile, the certificate and badge will then be accessible from the Certification Dashboard, and a digital badge email from Credly/Acclaim may follow.
