Not able view certification in Microsoft dashboard

Certification visibility can be delayed or impacted by account/profile issues. Use these steps:

1. Allow up to 24 hours after the exam
   • For most exams, results can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Certifications area of the Learn profile.
   • After that time, check the Certifications tab again.
2. Check the correct place for certifications
   • The legacy Microsoft Certification Dashboard has been retired.
   • Certifications are now visible in the Learn profile under the Credentials/Certifications area: see guidance in Certification process overview and the Q&A note that “The Certification Dashboard no longer exists. Certifications can be found on Learn under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab”.
3. Confirm the correct account is being used
   • Make sure sign-in is with the same Microsoft account used when registering for the exam.
   • If multiple Learn profiles or login accounts exist (work/school and personal), sign out and try each possible account.
   • The “congratulations” email for a passed exam is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile; if the certification is not visible when following that link, it may be associated with a different profile. Try logging in with any other accounts that might have been used.
4. Verify the credential requirements
   • If only an exam was passed that is part of a larger certification, the full certification will not appear until all required exams and prerequisites are completed. Check the specific certification or exam details page to confirm requirements.
5. If the certification is still missing
   • If the exam was not taken via Certiport, and the credential still does not appear after 24 hours and account checks, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance with missing credentials.
