Can't Remember the Account ID and password of My previous certifications back in 2014

I completed Microsoft certifications around 2014 through a training institute. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the email address or password used to access my Microsoft Certification profile at that time.

I still have the certificate IDs

I would like to recover my certification records and link them to my current Microsoft account so that I can access my certificates and transcript online.

Please help me locate my certification profile using the above certificate IDs and my name. The exams were taken in Pakistan around 2014.

Certification profile recovery and account linking for historical exams is handled only by the Microsoft Credentials Support team.

Self-service tools in the context (password reset, account recovery, username lookup) require knowing at least one of the original sign-in identifiers (email/username) or having access to security info, which is not available in this case. The Q&A guidance for similar certification issues directs users to open a support case with the dedicated credentials/certification support channel so that support can manually locate and update certification records.

    To proceed:

    1. Go to Microsoft Credentials Support and open a support request for certifications/exams.
    2. In the request, provide:
      • Full legal name (as used in 2014 exams)
      • Country/region (Pakistan)
      • Approximate exam dates and exam names/numbers
      • Certification/Certificate IDs that are still available
      • Current Microsoft account email that should hold the certifications
      • Any other details from the training institute or exam provider (e.g., Pearson VUE/Certiport candidate IDs, if known)
    3. The Credentials Support team can investigate historical records, locate the old certification profile, and advise whether it can be linked or merged into the current Microsoft account.

Community forums and general support channels cannot access or modify certification profiles, MCP IDs, or historical exam records; only the official Credentials Support workflow can handle this type of request.
