Emails not showing

I cannot view my emails in outlook, my inbox is showing there are emails but only 2 showing

To help narrow this down, could you please confirm a few things:

Are you using Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web, or mobile?

Is this a work/school or personal Microsoft 365 account?

Is any Inbox filter applied (Focused/Other, Unread, Flagged)?

How is the Inbox sorted (by Date, From, etc.)?

Do the missing emails appear if you search for them?

Are the emails visible in Outlook on the web?

Have you recently changed any View settings, rules, or archive options?
