Cant get into my account

I cant login to my other Microsoft account it got hacked and everytime i try to submit a support claim the bots instantly deny it and i cant find a way to contact a human i have plenty of proof its mine how would i fix this?
the password and passkey connected to my phone got removed and now the email listed under the account is this
