    Hi,

I assume you tried reinstalling and uninstalling the app.

Do you have a Work account configured on the iPhone?

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

The message indicates that Copilot is currently unavailable on that device. On iOS the main things to check are the app version, OS version, and account sign‑in.

Try these steps on the iPhone 14 Plus:

    1. Check iOS version
Ensure the device is on iOS 16.0 or later, which is required for the Copilot app.
    2. Reinstall the Copilot app
      • Delete the Copilot app from the iPhone.
      • Install it again from the Apple App Store using the official Microsoft Copilot listing.
      • Open the app after installation.
    3. Sign out and sign in again
      • If the app opens but still shows the error, sign out of Copilot in the app.
      • Sign back in with the same account that works on the other device (or try a different account, such as a personal Microsoft account, Apple ID, or Google account, to rule out an account‑specific issue).
    4. Try Copilot in a browser
From Safari or another browser on the iPhone, go to copilot.com and sign in with the same account. If Copilot works there but not in the app, the issue is likely with the mobile app installation or local data, which reinstalling should fix.
    5. If the problem continues
Use the in‑app feedback/support option (if you can reach the Home tab) or, if the app never loads, use another device where Copilot works to open the app and submit feedback to Microsoft Support describing that it fails only on the iPhone 14 Plus.
