transcript is not showing recent exam results

Recent exam results can take some time before they appear on the Microsoft Learn transcript and Certifications tab.

Use these steps to verify and resolve the issue:

1. Wait for result processing
   • For most non‑beta exams, results can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Learn profile’s Certifications tab after completion.
   • If the exam was a beta exam, results may only be released 10–12 weeks after the beta period begins and about 10 days after the exam goes live.
2. Check the Learn profile transcript
   • Go to the Learn profile.
   • Select Transcript in the left column to see training and credential completion history (active certifications, exams passed, Applied Skills, and modules).
   • If the recent exam is visible here but not where expected, it still confirms the result is recorded.
3. Confirm the correct account is used
   • Ensure sign‑in is with the same Microsoft account used to register and take the exam.
   • If multiple accounts exist (work/school and personal), sign out and try each one to see which profile shows the exam.
4. If the exam or certification is still missing
   • Review the certification or exam details to confirm all requirements are met for the certification to be awarded.
   • If, after waiting the expected time and confirming the correct account, the exam or certification still does not appear, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for account‑specific investigation and correction.
