Hello,

I need urgent assistance recovering my Microsoft account that was compromised and renamed during an email outage.

Timeline of Events:

  • My primary email account was disabled by my email provider for approximately 48 hours

During this period, someone gained unauthorized access to my Microsoft account

I have since recovered my email account and regained access to it

However, my Microsoft account now shows "This Microsoft account doesn't exist" when I try to log in with my original email address
