Not able to create the App service certificate.

When I am trying to create an App service certificate, it always giving me an error that there is some issue with issuing the certificate.

Please provide answers for the below questions to investigate the issue further.

What is the exact error message or error code shown when the certificate creation fails?

If available, please also share any correlation ID from the Azure Activity Log.

Which App Service Plan tier is the app currently running on (for example: Free, Basic, Standard, Premium, or Isolated)?

Are you attempting to create a free App Service Managed Certificate, or purchase a paid App Service Certificate (issued by GoDaddy)?

Does the custom domain show as “Verified” (green check mark) under App Service > Custom domains?

Do you have any CAA records configured for the domain or its parent domain? If yes, which certificate authorities are currently allowed?
