Unable to enroll in Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program - HTTP 400 error

Description:

I am trying to enroll my organization in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program

to complete Publisher Verification for my Azure AD app registration.

When I click "Become a partner" at partner.microsoft.com, I get an HTTP 400 error.

I also tried the direct enrollment URL:

https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/account/v3/enrollment/introduction/partnership

Same error occurs in Chrome, Edge, and incognito mode.

My details:

• Azure AD Tenant ID: dd9f9789-853f-4b0c-bbce-7e40277beed2
• Primary domain: orivio.ai
• Account: Global Administrator
• App Registration: Orivio (App ID: f320e926-4ce6-4557-834c-ee788249d31e)
• License: Microsoft Entra ID Free

I need the MPN ID to complete Publisher Verification for my multi-tenant app

so end users don't see the "unverified publisher" warning on the consent screen.

Please help me complete the enrollment or provide an alternative way to enroll.
