How to get Score card for certification.

To download or view the score report (score card) for a Microsoft certification exam taken with Pearson VUE:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the same personal Microsoft account that was used to schedule and take the exam: go to the Profile menu and select Credentials, then Certifications.
2. Scroll down to the Past exams section and locate the relevant exam.
3. Select View details on provider site. This opens the Pearson VUE exam dashboard.
4. In the Pearson VUE dashboard, find the exam and select the View button in the score report area to open the detailed score report. From there, save or print it as needed for the employer.

Alternatively, the score report can be accessed directly from the Pearson VUE site by starting from a certification page on Microsoft Learn, proceeding to Pearson VUE, and then using the View Score Report option on the Pearson VUE home/dashboard page.

If the score report does not appear in the Learn profile or on Pearson VUE even though the exam was completed more than 24 hours ago, contact Microsoft Credentials Support using the certification support channel referenced in the context Q&A examples so they can investigate the account and exam record.
