EXCEL CURSOR is LOCKED as PLUS SIGN

I was adjusting Row Height in a spreadsheet and wanted to copy that row to other rows in the sheet. Somehow my cursor changed to a PLUS SIGN, and I can't click on anything (in any spreadsheet I have open) and can't get rid of the PLUS SIGN.

Please help!
