I've been developing a CoPilot agent using CoPilot Studio. Historically, this worked well, but it is now throwing errors regularly. After 1-2 questions, it always throws something such as:

How can I get more information to understand details about the error? Is this specific to my agent or has something happened recently leading to an increase in these errors?

Troubleshooting Error Details
- Go to Copilot Studio → Analytics → Sessions and search by conversation ID to identify where the flow failed.
- In the Test pane, enable "Track between topics" to pinpoint the failure point.
- If you're using Power Automate actions, review the flow run history for any failures matching the relevant timestamps.
Determine If It's a Personal or Platform Issue
- Test using a blank agent (without knowledge or actions). If this also fails, the issue is likely platform-wide.
- Review Service Health at admin.microsoft.com → Health → Service health, filtering for "Copilot Studio."
Quick Solutions
- Republish your agent.
- Remove and re-add knowledge sources, as a corrupted index might be causing the problem..
