Try following the procedure in the link below from the website to install Project 2024

Try installing the offline version of Project 2024.
After the download is complete, disconnect from the network > right-click > select "Mount" > open "My Computer" in File Explorer, select the Office icon > Right-click > select "Open" to open the Office folder. Locate the setup64.exe file.
