I'm not able to access azure portal

When I try to login to my account, I receive this error.

2026-03-11T08:33:55.32+00:00 I tried to login with https://signup.azure.com in an incognite browser, it asked to create an account.
I believe it happen after I get the free trial subscrition offer from my professional account
