    In Sway, content is added by inserting “cards,” not via a traditional ribbon button. When using a screen reader or keyboard, inserting content is done through the Insert Content control in the Storyline, not a separate “Insert” button on a toolbar.

    6. With the tab selected, hold Caps Lock and press the arrow keys until the screen reader announces an insertable card, for example: Insert Heading 1 card. Button.
    7. Press Spacebar (or Enter) to insert that card. The new card is added under the previous card in the Storyline.

    Sway saves automatically, so once the card is inserted and edited, no extra save action is required.
