In Partner Center, the description, screenshots, and logos are part of the Store listing for each language. Because the language status is “incomplete,” only the language selector is shown until a language is added and opened.

To get to the fields you need:

    1. Go to the app in Partner Center and open the current submission.
    2. Open the Store listings / Manage Store listings step.
    3. Select Add languages.
    4. Choose at least one language (for example, English) and select Save.
    5. Back on the Manage Store listings page, select the language name that now appears in the list.
    6. This opens the Store listing page for that language, where the following fields are available:
      • Product name (app name used in the Store listing)
      • Description (up to 10,000 characters, required)
      • What’s new in this version (optional, up to 1,500 characters)
      • Product features (up to 20 features, 200 characters each)
      • Screenshots (at least one required; more recommended)
      • Store logos (optional but recommended)

If multiple languages are needed, repeat the process for each language. Each language’s Store listing must be edited separately; images and text are not shared automatically between languages.

For MSI/EXE apps, these options appear under the MSI/EXE Store listing flow; for MSIX/PWA apps, they appear under the MSIX/PWA Store listing flow, but the steps are the same: add a language, then select it to see and fill in description, screenshots, and logos.
