I passed the exam yesterday but can't find the certificate link anywhere

For GH-900 (GitHub Foundations), certificates and badges are now managed directly through Microsoft Learn rather than a separate Certification Dashboard.

To access the certificate online:

Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used to take GH-900.
Open the Credentials page: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab
Look under the Credentials / Certifications or Achievements area for the GitHub Foundations (GH-900) entry.
From there, use the available view/print option and then print to PDF or save as PDF to keep a copy. Direct certificate file downloads are no longer provided; viewing/printing and saving as PDF is the supported method.

If the GH-900 certification does not appear even though the exam was passed yesterday, wait up to 24 hours for the result to sync. If it still does not show, open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check the account and exam record:

Go to https://aka.ms/credentialssupport
Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the exam.
Complete and save the profile information.
Open the link again (https://aka.ms/credentialssupport) so it auto-selects Product Family: Learning and Service: Microsoft Credentials.
Fill in the form describing that the GH-900 exam was passed but the certificate is missing, then submit the request.

For older or missing training-related certificates (for example, if the credential still does not appear), the same Credentials Support channel is the correct escalation path.
