Microsoft word is broken

I uninstalled Microsoft word and redownloaded it. It gives option to repair but never works. I used other software to delete and i think i might be missing a core file separate from Microsoft word to work. I found that the microsoft 365 has pops the error pops up Error Code: **30015-13 (2147942405).
**Im not sure if i deleted a cpp file or corrupted microsoft file but it has been a problem since i deleted word a while ago.
