I cannot access azure portal

I used Azure a long time ago, but I just started university and got my student status confirmed. The problem is that my old tenant is still stuck in the system and won't let me into the website properly. It's incredibly frustrating because I can't even remove the old tenant or add my new university one. I really need to use Azure for my studies, so I would appreciate any help on how to clear this old account and access my student benefits. I wanna have the same main microsoft account tho, I confirmed my educational email, but I want to have Azure assocciated with my private mail.
