How to configure the Product submission for free product ?

I (try to) swicth freeware distribution using MSIX PWA and it's not a walk in the park !!! I already got the msix creation Ok. But product submission is in draft as I don't understand how to configure for a freeware. Perhaps you don't accept ...But it was mainly to ensure a valid publisher in the insallation package and a compliance with Win11 requirements (even for a freeware)
