Outlook email going to Junk

I use Outlook 2019 for my email. Over a week ago, all email sent using Outlook from my Comcast email account, to any user, including myself, that use Outlook, goes to the JUNK folder. I have 2 other gmail accounts and they are working fine. Is there a fix? I have gone through all the filters, added my comcast account as safe, checked the blocked section, moved the email multiple times back to my inbox, nothing seems to fix the situation.

In classic Outlook, when messages from a specific account suddenly start going to Junk for multiple recipients, the fix is usually on each recipient’s Outlook side, not on the sending account.

For Outlook 2019 (classic Outlook) on each affected computer:

    1. Check the Junk Email Filter level
      1. In Outlook, select Home > Block > Junk Email Options.
      2. On the Options tab, if the level is set higher than No Automatic Filtering, reduce it (for example, to No Automatic Filtering) and test again.
    2. Mark your Comcast messages as “Not Junk”
      1. Go to the Junk Email folder.
      2. Select one of the Comcast messages.
      3. On the Home tab, select Report > Not Junk.
      4. Drag the message back to Inbox if needed.
    3. Add the Comcast address/domain to Safe Senders / Safe Recipients
      1. In Junk Email Options, go to the Safe Senders tab.
      2. Add the full Comcast email address and/or the Comcast domain.
      3. If available in that dialog, ensure the option to trust email from Safe Senders/Recipients is enabled.
    4. Review any rules that might move mail to Junk
      1. In Outlook, open Rules (Home > Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts) and verify there is no rule moving Comcast messages to Junk or another folder.
    5. Ask recipients to repeat steps 1–4 Because the problem occurs “to any user that uses Outlook,” each recipient’s Outlook Junk Email Filter and Safe/Blocked lists must be corrected on their own machine/profile.

Also remind recipients to periodically review their Junk Email folder and mark any legitimate Comcast messages as Not Junk, which helps train Outlook’s filter.
