My Outlook got hacked now cant read emails

They might have added you to an organization which is why you might be seeing a different language.

Could you check if the region is correctly set at https://account.microsoft.com/profile page?

You might have to use Browser translator.

Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Q&A forum. 

The reason everything appears this way is that the hackers changed your account's language interface to Hebrew. This is why your sidebar has moved to the right, the text aligns to the right, and the scrollbars have swapped sides. 

To revert your inbox back to normal, please follow these steps

Step 1: Change the Language Back to English 

1. Click the Gear icon (Settings) in the top left corner of the screen. 
2. Go to General > Language and time. 
3. Change the language drop-down menu back to English. 
4. Make sure to check the box to change the folder names to match the new language (this ensures your "Inbox" and "Sent" folders do not stay stuck in Hebrew). 
5. Click Save at the bottom of the menu. 
6. Refresh your browser page. Your layout should now be entirely back to normal. 

Step 2: Remove Hacker Rules and Forwarding Now that you can read your screen again in English, it is critical to remove any hidden backdoors the hackers may have left behind to spy on your mail. 

1. Click the Gear icon (Settings) in the top right corner. 
2. Go to Mail > Rules and delete any rules you do not recognize. 
3. Go to Mail > Forwarding and ensure automatic forwarding is turned off.
