To confirm and access the Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate certification after passing the exam:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile that was used to book and take the exam.
2. Open the Credentials section and check the Certifications tab to see whether the Endpoint Administrator Associate certification appears there.
3. If the certification or badge is missing, open a support request with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can verify the exam result and fix the certification record. Use the dedicated credentials support channel described in the referenced Q&A posts (sign in with the same account used for the exam and submit a ticket under Microsoft Credentials/Learning).

If the exam appointment itself is in doubt, also verify that the exam shows under the exam appointments/history section of the Learn profile.
