I tried several times to get the access on Azure student package but it shows "you do not have access.

Access to the Azure for Students offer depends on eligibility and the type of education program in use.

Key points to check:

Azure for Students requires being an eligible student and successfully verifying student status.
For K‑12 students, Azure for Students Starter is available without a credit card and also requires verified student status.
If verification fails or the account is not recognized as a student account, the portal can show that access is not available.

If the institution uses Azure Dev Tools for Teaching, access is controlled by the email domain configured by the subscription administrator.
Students must sign in with the same university domain that the administrator used when setting up Azure Dev Tools for Teaching. If a different email/domain is used, access to student benefits (including software downloads) may be denied.

Ensure sign‑in is done with the official school/university email address, not a personal email, especially if the institution participates in Azure Dev Tools for Teaching.
If there is still no access, contact the institution’s Azure Dev Tools for Teaching administrator so they can verify that the domain and account are correctly included and active.
