Lost access to phone with MS authentification app

Hello, i have lost phone where Microsoft Authenticator and i cannot login into licences page anymore. After i enter email and password it asks for Microsoft Authenticator code which i dont have. Sadly i didnt backup Microsoft Authenticator account. Please help me restore it.

If you're the only Global Administrator in the tenant, this qualifies as a tenant lockout scenario. In that case, we’ll need to involve Microsoft’s Data Protection team through a support ticket to help restore access.
