No emails regarding certifications renewal

There is no way to renew a Microsoft certification after it has expired, even if no reminder emails were received.

Role-based and specialty certifications are valid for one year. They can only be renewed by passing the free online renewal assessment on Microsoft Learn during the 6‑month window before the certification’s expiration date. Once the expiration date has passed, the certification cannot be renewed and must be re-earned by passing the required exam(s) again.

Email reminders are helpful but not required for renewal; the responsibility to renew before the expiration date is based on the dates shown in the Learn profile, not on receiving emails.

To move forward:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile and confirm current and future expiration dates under Certifications.
2. For the expired certifications, plan to re-earn them by scheduling and passing the required exam(s).
3. Verify the contact email and communication preferences in the Learn profile so that future renewal notifications can be received when available.
