how to find my completed trainings

Completed Microsoft Learn training, practice assessments, and credentials are visible through the Microsoft Learn profile and Certification Dashboard, not as separate “practice test certificates.”

To find AZ-900-related completions:

1. Check Microsoft Learn training transcript
   1. Go to the Learn profile.
   2. In the left column, select Transcript.
   3. Review the list for completed training modules, learning paths, and any AZ-900-related content.
2. Check achievements and credentials
   1. In the same Learn profile, select Achievements to see all badges/trophies/XP.
   2. Select Credentials → Certifications to see if “Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals” (AZ-900) is listed.
   3. If earned, select View certification details to see more information.
3. Check practice assessment (if applicable) If an official AZ-900 practice assessment was taken, it is listed under the AZ-900 certification page, but it does not create a separate certificate. The practice assessment for AZ-900 is available here:

4. Access official certificates and transcript (for passed exams) If the actual AZ-900 exam was passed (not just a practice test):
   1. Open the Certification Dashboard using the steps in Access your certificates, badges, and transcript.
   2. Use View Certificates to download the AZ-900 certificate.
   3. Use View Transcript to download or share the official transcript showing the AZ-900 exam and certification.

If the AZ-900 exam or training still does not appear in the Learn profile or Certification Dashboard, contact Microsoft Credentials Support as described in the certification support articles in the references.
