Other features or issues related to Microsoft Partner Center
"No quick starts are available for your workspaces" indicates a Partner Center workspace/experience issue rather than a driver-submission workflow problem itself. This must be handled by Partner Center support.
Use one of these supported paths:
- If sign-in to Partner Center works but the hardware/driver workspace is missing or unusable:
- Open Partner Center in the browser.
- Select AI assistant (sparkle icon) in the upper-right corner.
- Describe the issue, including the exact message: "No quick starts are available for your workspaces" and that driver submission is not available.
- If the AI assistant cannot resolve it, select Contact Support at the bottom of the pane.
- Choose the appropriate problem type, review suggested solutions, then select Create support request and submit the ticket with screenshots and your account details.
- If the issue is specifically with the Windows Hardware dashboard (driver submission portal):
- Go to Windows developer support.
- In Non-Technical Support – Dashboard, select Ask Copilot.
- Sign in with the same Partner Center account used for driver submissions.
- Follow the instructions to paste the validation code into Copilot, then describe that the hardware dashboard/driver submission workspace is not available and shows "No quick starts are available for your workspaces".
- If Copilot cannot fix it, use the link it provides to open a support ticket so the dashboard team can correct the workspace configuration.
- If access to Partner Center itself is blocked or sign-in fails:
- Use the generic Partner Center support path: in the Tell us about your issue section, select General > Accounts, Onboarding, Access > Unable to Login to Partner Center and proceed to create a support ticket.
The Partner Center or hardware dashboard support team must adjust the account/workspace configuration so the hardware submission (driver submission) experience becomes available again.
