Hi, today i got an exam and failed.i would like to take that exam again.Is that possible and how?

    Bonjour,

    J'ai passé l'examen AZ-204 aujourd'hui, mais j'ai rencontré un important problème technique avec OnVUE. Pendant une grande partie de l'examen, la souris était extrêmement lente et ne répondait pas correctement, ce qui m'a fait perdre beaucoup de temps. À cause de cela, je n'ai pas pu répondre à environ 10 questions, notamment une partie de l'étude de cas.

    Je souhaite savoir s'il est possible d'examiner mon dossier et d'envisager une solution, car ce problème technique a eu un impact significatif sur le déroulement de mon examen.
