I’m trying to use Copilot to polish an existing document, but when I choose “Please paste into Word” or double‑click the suggested file, nothing happens. After an hour with Microsoft Support, they confirmed this is a known issue and suggested copying and pasting Copilot’s output manually. However, that requires reformatting everything, which defeats the purpose of using AI to help.
