Build26220.7961 out to Beta Channel

Build 26220.7961 is a Windows 11 Insider Preview build that is being released to devices enrolled in the Windows Insider Program’s Beta Channel via Windows Update.

To receive it on a supported device that is already in the Beta Channel:

1. Ensure the device is enrolled in the Windows Insider Program and set to the Beta Channel under Settings > Update & Security > Windows Insider Program.
2. Confirm that diagnostic data settings meet Insider requirements as described in the data settings guidance.
3. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. The build will appear and install like a normal Windows update when available for that device.

If the device is on another channel (such as Dev or Release Preview), switching channels may require a clean installation of Windows before receiving Beta Channel builds.
